Customer Pricing Information
Factor UTB provides safe, reliable and environmentally responsible water and/or sewerage services to your community.
How your charges work
- Charges apply to all properties that can connect to our network, including vacant land.
- Bills are issued quarterly, and rates increase each year in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

- If there is a sewer blockage, repair or pump system fault not caused by Factor UTB’s system, service fees may apply.
Getting connected
If you are not connected
If your property can connect to our network but isn’t connected, you’ll still be charged a rating on abuttal fees.
This reflects the availability of the service, should you or future owners wish to connect.
Connections
If you are building or developing, you or your plumber must apply to Factor UTB for connection approval. A connection fee and inspection will be required. Council approvals alone do not authorise connection to our network.
