We’re delighted to welcome Teresa Qiu (PhD FIEAust CPEng RPEQ), a highly accomplished engineer and leader to our water & wastewater management team.
Teresa is a strategic and innovation-driven technical leader with over 25 years of experience in the water industry. Her expertise covers the full project lifecycle, from concept design and detailed engineering to construction and operational optimization. A key strength is her proven ability to deliver high-impact projects by focusing on enhancing treatment performance, operational efficiency, and resource optimization in a variety of water and wastewater conveyance and treatment facilities. As a Principal Engineering Manager, she has a track record of leading and establishing engineering capabilities and is recognized for her technical governance, innovative process solutions, and leadership in engineering design and project delivery. Her extensive professional background, including a PhD degree and engineering chartership, makes her a highly qualified and accomplished senior member of Factor UTB, where she can apply her deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to drive business transformation and mentor others.
This depth of technical and delivery experience will support Factor UTB’s continued focus on fit-for-purpose, efficient and reliable water and wastewater solutions for the communities and developments we serve.
