Factor UTB proudly hosted the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) members at our wastewater treatment plant in Angle Vale for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour as part of the 2026 UDIA National Congress. We were delighted to welcome delegates and showcase how this state-of-the-art facility supports the SA Housing Roadmap, enabling sustainable growth and infrastructure for emerging communities.
The visit also highlighted our collaboration with Fairland and Lanser, demonstrating how integrated water management solutions are being delivered to support responsible development.
