Why have I received this bill?
Factor UTB issues quarterly sewerage rate notices to all landowners within our licensed network area. These rates contribute to the cost of maintaining and upgrading shared infrastructure outside your private property boundaries.

How are your fees calculated?
We charge a flat rate per year, rising annually in line with CPI. See Our Fees
How often will I receive a bill?
You will receive a quarterly bill, payable within 14 days.
How do I pay my bill?

Can I change my address for notices?
To make this change you will need to set up an Account or you can contact us via our Contact Us form for further assistance.
If we are making the change for you, we will send you an Authority to Alter form.
Can a Property Manager request or alter an e-mail or address for notices?
For billing security, we ask that the Landowner initiates the request via our Contact Us Form.
One of the proprietors on title have passed, what information do you required to update your system?
Please use our Contact Us form or call our Customer Support Team on 08 8271 6044 and an application to alter due to death form will be e-mailed or posted. This form will need to be completed, and a photocopy of the death certificate provided.
I am having trouble paying my bill.
