Factor UTB issues quarterly sewerage rate notices to all landowners within our licensed network area. These rates contribute to the cost of maintaining and upgrading shared infrastructure outside your private property boundaries.

We charge a flat rate per year, rising annually in line with CPI. See Our Fees
You will receive a quarterly bill, payable within 14 days.
