Factor UTB specializes in the design and construction of sewerage treatment plants, water and waste water management. We provide engineering expertise in project management, process, process control, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and geotechnical design. We also consult and advise on Collection Systems, Financial Management and Technical Management.

Factor UTB's strength is to build up total plants on a turn-key basis in conjunction with local partners where we provide complete technology, engineering, and commissioning of sewage, wastewater and sludge treatment and other environmental treatment technologies as integrated projects.

Our designs service immediate needs and provide the flexibility to meet future demands. We focus on meeting each of our clients' special requirements to achieve the most economical and efficient solution. We provide a complete solution which is tailor-made to the specific waste water treatment issues faced. Operating costs are as important as the initial capital investment. We design solutions requiring the least land use, efficient plant layouts and small tankage volumes. Automation requiring only minimal operation and maintenance personnel together with low energy and consumable requirements lead to low operating costs.
